Jasmine + Luciana: West Vancouver, BC
Luciana and Jasmine had initially planned for an intimate elopement in Tofino but like so many other couples COVID had other plans for them. With the travel restrictions to Vancouver Island in place they had to re-think their wedding day and very, very last minute they put together an amazing back-up plan. It wasn’t the west coast but a breathtaking home overlooking the water with a few friends and great food is pretty darn good too. I was thrilled when Jasmine asked if I would still want to photograph their Vancouver wedding and since I had been vaccinated and was traveling for work I happily obliged. These two ladies were the loveliest and we had so much fun together, they were absolute troopers, walking further then anyone would normally in stilettos( eventually ditching the heels for bare feet) so that we could get some amazing photographs. I am so glad that COVID didn’t stop our paths from crossing as this was one elopement for the books.
